Electric, variable-speed dressing and truing systems (DTS) employ spindles that operate using custom-engineered brushless DC servomotors. These units drive diamond truing rolls and produce as well as maintain precision contours in grinding wheels. Compact spindles allow units to fit limited-space areas and can be viable replacements for single-point, hydraulic, and pneumatic dressers. Via available control packages, spindle speed and direction may be selected manually or through CNC.

Optimize Grinding Processes with the New Rotary Diamond Dressers by G II Solutions, Inc.
G II Solutions, Inc. is the manufacturer of a complete line of electric, variable speed, dressing and truing systems. DTS systems feature precision spindles that operate using custom-engineered brushless DC servomotors. These units are used to drive diamond truing rolls and are specifically intended to produce and maintain precision contours in grinding wheels.
DTS spindles are compact in size, allowing these units to fit in space constrained areas. Because of their compact, they able to fit in spaces where other electric dressers cannot. DTS spindles are also viable replacements for single point, hydraulic, and pneumatic dressers.
Despite being compact in size, DTS spindles have high torque and a broad speed range. Control packages offered with DTS spindles permit speed, direction, and enable to be selected manually or through CNC. Inputted speeds are maintained through closed loop velocity control.

II Solutions also manufactures a two-axis system featuring precision slides. These units offer the rigidity and repeatability required for profiling and forming grinding wheels.
