BioDiscovery Releases Nexus Expression Version 2 for Gene Regulation Analysis

Nexus Expression provides users an intuitive yet powerful interface for using gene expression results to associate sample attributes with gene annotations and biological processes. New features in version 2 make it even easier for users to load data with a one-click tool and to find relevant biological information. Users can identify genes with expression profiles matching that of a desired gene, in a single click. An extensive new library of pathways and gene sets are now provided to identify, in a single step, the important biological implications of differential gene regulation. In addition, new features facilitate data loading from array manufacturer's software with a new plug-in for Illumina's software as well as support for CEL files and annotation files from Affymetrix arrays.
