March 14, 2002 - Refrigerated Dryers, with capacities from 1000 to 3000 scfm, have working pressures of 200 psig (max). Smooth surface, tube-in-tube, copper heat exchangers resist fouling, and provide heat transfer. All units use R-404a refrigerant, and contain no CFC's. Filtered separator equipped with Filter Monitor is standard on all models. Units also include Demand Manager(TM) microprocessor control system, and electronic demand drain.

Efficient and Reliable Refrigerated Air Dryers
Announcing a new design for Kaeser Refrigerated Dryers with rated capacities from 1000 - 3000 scfm! With a maximum working pressure of 200 psig, these efficient dryers provide consistently dry compressed air with worry-free operation and maximum performance.
Smooth surface, densely packed, tube-in-tube, copper heat exchangers resist fouling and provide excellent heat transfer. All units use environmentally friendly R-404a refrigerant and contain no Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's) throughout the package. All maintenance items are easily accessible.
All dryers include a filtered separator equipped with Kaeser's new Filter Monitor to provide optimum filter change out intervals. The new KRD dryers also feature a redesigned filtration system that allows the user to add an optional oil removal filter if desired. The Demand Manager(TM), an energy saving microprocessor control system, as well as an electronic demand drain are also standard. |
