Available with coil weight capacities from 55-150 lb, models CW10, CW20, and CW30 incorporate adjustable friction clutch to prevent overruns in dereeling operations. Products have variable coil dimensions (IDs) from 5-27 in. as well as capacity lengths from 1,000 ft of 1/8 in. dia wires up to 300 ft of ¾ in. dia wires. Uses include dereeling, measuring, cutting, and reeling operations by production kitters, jobbers, and electrical contractors.

Eraser's CW Series Reeler and Dereeler Produce Neat Coils of Wire and Cable
Eraser's CW10, CW20 and CW30 Reeler and Dereeler units have coil dimensions (inside diameters) ranging from variable 5" (127mm) to 27" (686mm), capacity lengths ranging from 1000' (305M) of 1/8" (3.18mm) diameter wires (or equivalent) up to 300' (91M) of 3/4" (19mm) diameter wires (or equivalent), and capacity coil weights ranging from 55 lbs. (25 Kg) to 150 lbs. (68.2 Kg). The units have an adjustable friction clutch to prevent overruns in dereeling operations. The units are ideal for use in dereeling, measuring, cutting and reeling operations by production kitters, jobbers, and electrical contractors.
