FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: (May-2002) -- Ameri-Kart has introduced the Duo Recycler™, an efficient, visual reminder for office recycling programs that replaces conventional wastebaskets.
The Duo Recycler makes quick work of source separation for offices where recycling is required. For the recycler, the unit reduces post collection separation of contaminants that interfere with an efficient, profitable program.
The Duo Recycler has two compartments to separate daily trash, plastic, and recyclable office paper. The smaller compartment holds cans, plastic, string, and other office trash and is easy to remove for daily disposal. The large compartment has sufficient capacity to hold approximately one week's paper accumulation. The recyclable paper compartment is easy to empty and eliminates digging paper out of the bottom of the container.
The Duo Recycler is molded of polypropylene for durability and easy cleaning. The deflector lid is molded of ABS for a long service life and pivots on two large plastic pins for easy access. The Duo Recycler's footprint is approximately the same as a conventional wastebasket allowing convenient usage as either an under desk or beside the desk unit. Duo Recycler is packaged and sold in sets of six. Minor assembly is required.
