Measuring 15.1 in. deep, RMX7254 runs on Core 2 Duo CPU and has 2U high chassis made of heavy-duty, cold rolled steel. Design, which facilitates integration within rack frames, includes on-board LAN/video/audio and 4 low profile PCI expansion slots. Other features include one 5.25 in. CD Rom; two 3.5 in. HDDs; two 3.5 in. swappable trays; and embedded 300 W, 110/220 Vac ATX power supply. For optimal ventilation and filtration, 1 x 80 mm ball bearing fans are standard.

The RMX7254 is a 2U high chassis made of heavy duty, cold rolled steel. It is 15.1" inches deep and runs on a Core 2 Duo processor. The rackmount RMX7254 runs on a Core 2 Duo processor and comes with on board LAN/Video/Audio, and 4 x low profile PCI expansion slots. An expansion slot provides capabilities which includes being able to add more memory, better graphics, and support, providing resources needed to save data from power interruptions. Processors are used to configure and meet specific standards for the main system to provide throughout the unit, while a drive bay brings higher efficiency and performance for its usage purposes. The short depth chassis provides 1 x 5.25" Slim CD Rom, 2 x 3.5" HDD, and 2 x 3.5" Swappable Trays. Because the quality of the power supply can be very important in differentiating the unit's ability to be a stable computer or an unreliable computer, a standard 300W 110/220VAC ATX power supply is embedded into the unit. Overheating, instability, malfunction and damage can lead to a shortened component lifespan; therefore 1 x 80mm ball bearing fans are placed on these units for better ventilation and filtration.
