The SenDEC NPI service oversees the manufacture of prototypes, which are the most difficult part of any manufacturing engagement. It's uniquely trained NPI team leverages design, engineering, and manufacturing expertise, as well as specialized equipment, to deliver customers fast and high-performing prototypes. NPI capabilities include: PCB layout, BOM scrubbing, documentation verification, material management, rapid prototyping, testing, and pilot/production/pre-production builds.

In addition, the company's proprietary Design for Excellence review process provides customers feedback on ways to speed time to production, ensure reliability, and reduce total lifestyle costs.

Mike Fiske, Vice President, Sales and Marketing of SenDEC, commented: "SenDEC has developed a very fast, highly specialized, highly customer-focused approach to creating prototypes and pre-production builds. Our NPI process helps significantly shorten the time to production and reduce costs. At the same time, the prototype manufacturing capability serves as a key tool for future business as many customers have subsequently awarded us the actual production run based on our familiarity with the project and support of their pre-production activities."
