Featuring WOB-L® Piston design, Model 2250 is constructed with magnesium components that limit pump weight to 2.5 lb. For stepless control of air flow according to application need, 24 V brushless DC motor supports variable-speed operation from 1,000-3,000 rpm. Optional closed loop controller allows motor speed to be maintained at pre-set, constant RPM regardless of load or voltage fluctuations, while oil-less piston and cylinder design ensures uncontaminated air flow up to 0.6 cfm.

Model 2250 Pump from Thomas Combines Long Life with High Efficiency
The Thomas Model 2250 pressure/vacuum pump provides unprecedented levels of mobility and efficiency, combined with long life, in applications such as medical, analytical and air sampling equipment and office machines.
The quiet, low-vibration WOB-L® Piston design Model 2250 utilizes magnesium components that limit the pump's weight to a mere 2.5 lbs. (1.1 kg). A highly efficient 24V brushless DC motor offers low power consumption and long life. The motor's speed may be varied speed from 1,000 to 3,000 RPM, meaning the air flow can be steplessly controlled according to application need. In addition, an optional closed loop controller allows motor speed to be maintained at a pre-set, constant RPM regardless of load or voltage fluctuations. The oil-less piston and cylinder design ensures clean, uncontaminated air flow up to 0.6 cfm (17.0 lpm). Maximum pressure is rated at 17 psi (1.17 bar) and maximum vacuum at 22 in. hg (-745 mbar).
