Standard active hydraulic crowning capabilities deliver exact bend angles across entire bed length, while independently mounted precision linear scale encoders monitor ram position. Parallelism and ram movement are controlled to within ±0.0004 in. accuracy. Equipped with graphics-based DNC controller, Xact offers 2-D visualization of part processing.
