Millennium SPW(TM) DC watering cart is constructed of polyethylene plastic and carries up to 25 gallons of water. It has 9 ft supply hose with quick coupler, flow indicator, 12 Vdc voltmeter, and on-board battery with charger to power cart's variable speed pump. Refill hole with screw top includes cover to keep out particles. Compatible with de-ionized water, cart is targeted for use with batteries equipped with Millennium single point watering systems.

Cart That Puts Battery Watering within Easy Reach Rolls out at PROMAT 2005
(Grand Rapids, MI) - Forklifts cover a lot of ground in facilities that can be hundreds of square feet in area. For when the water in these batteries need refilling, Flow-Rite Controls Ltd offers the new Millennium SPW(TM) DC Portable Watering Cart to catch up with these vehicles to keep them running. This cart will be on display at PROMAT 2005, Booth 3613.
Forklifts are crucial to the operation of every manufacturing and distribution facility, and the Millennium watering cart ensures that minimal time is spent away from material handling by delivering a readily available supply of distilled water.
Along with enabling the mobility of the forklift fleet, the Millennium watering cart makes sense for those operations where the battery charging station is not conveniently near a source of water. Operations that have poor grade municipal water that has to be filtered will find this cart useful. For flexible manufacturing operations that are continually shifting equipment and functional locations, the battery charging station does not have to be tied to the water source and limit options.

Ruggedly constructed of lightweight yet strong polyethylene plastic, the Millennium watering cart carries up to 25 gallons of water. A large refill hole with screw top includes a cover to keep out particles.
The cart is compatible with de-ionized water, and operates with batteries equipped with Millennium single point watering systems.
The unit has a nine foot supply hose with a quick coupler for easy battery access. Included are a flow indicator and a large 12 VDC voltmeter. An on-board battery with its own charger provides power to the cart's variable speed pump.
The pump includes a built-in pressure switch (CE marked). When servicing a forklift battery, the Millennium watering cart automatically shuts off when filling is complete.
The Millennium watering cart has a one year warranty, and is also ideal for floor sweepers, carts and other utility vehicles.
