New Portable Tank Cleaning System Replaces CIP

Gamajet Cleaning Systems, Inc. has introduced a portable tank cleaning system that can eliminate the need for permanent CIP installations in a wide range of applications.

The new Gamajet PTC Portable Tank Cleaner combines a pump, hoses, inlet adapters, filters and a choice of Gamajet Cleaning Machines, all mounted on an easily moved transport cart.

With its ability to clean and move from tank to tank, the PTC eliminates the necessity and expense of piping a permanent CIP installation in each tank. Featuring high pressure cleaning at very low flow rates and 360 degree cleaning, the PTC ensures 100% cleaning effectiveness that matches or exceeds the performance of installed CIP systems.

The unit can be used to easily clean virtually any sized tank or vessel. For applications in very small tanks, the PTC can be outfitted with an integrated recirculation tank.

With the introduction of the PTC, capital costs for permanent CIP installations can be eliminated, and the convenience of a mobile cleaning system added to any operation.
