Standard Plastic Fittings are available with spring loaded check valve cartridges made of nylon or polypropylene with O-ring seal consisting of Buna-N, Viton, EPDM, or Silicone. Cracking pressures range from 3 in. H2O to 10 psi. Also offered, free floating ball cartridges are made of polypropylene with EPDM ball. Less than 1 psi is required to open valve, and both normal and reverse flows are available.

Denver, CO - Now available from ISM are a wide selection of standard plastic fittings adapted with check valve cartridge inserts to create valved fittings not found anywhere else. With two styles of cartridges and tens of thousands of fittings, the possibilities are virtually endless.
Spring loaded check valve cartridges are made of nylon or polypropylene with an o-ring seal consisting of Buna-N, Viton, EPDM or Silicone. Cracking pressures range from 3 inches of H2O to 10 psi. These cartridges can be placed in many ISM plastic fittings.
Free floating ball cartridges are made of polypropylene with an EPDM ball. Less than 1 psi is required to open the valve. Normal and reverse flows are available.
