Designed to handle broad range of fluids, PVC and CPVC Schedule 80 Piping Systems are available with 45° and 90° elbows, tees, coupling, flanges, reducer bushings, and caps in 10 and 12 in. sizes. Systems offer chemical and corrosion resistance, enabling use with acids, alkalis, and alcohols. PVC and CPVC thermoplastics will also not rust, scale, or pit. Conforming to UPC requirements, both pipe and fittings meet requirements of NSF 14 and NSF 61 as suitable for potable water.

PVC and CPVC Schedule 80 Piping System with Large Diameter Molded Fittings
TUSTIN, Calif. - GF Piping Systems has announced immediate availability of large diameter, molded fittings for its PVC and CPVC Schedule 80 Piping Systems. The fittings are available in 45° elbows, 90° elbows, tees, couplings, flanges, reducer bushings, and caps in 10" and 12" sizes. The full Schedule 80 offering includes sizes from ½ to 12 inches.

Designed for handling a broad range of fluids, the PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) Schedule 80 Piping Systems feature high chemical and corrosion resistance to acids, alkalis, alcohols and other corrosives, offering a durable solution for a variety of industrial applications. PVC and CPVC thermoplastics will not rust, scale or pit and are extremely lightweight, making installation faster and easier and significantly less expensive that steel alloy or lined steel.
The PVC Schedule 80 Piping System is typically found in chilled water systems, chemical processing, industrial plating and chemical drainage systems and conforms to ASTM D1785, ASTM D2467, and ASTM D2464.
The CPVC Schedule 80 Piping System is well suited for use in hot water systems, hot acid distribution, and hot waste systems. CPVC Schedule 80 Piping conforms to ASTM F441, F437 and F439 and ASTM D1784 Cell Classification 24448.
Both PVC and CPVC Schedule 80 pipe and fittings meet the requirements of NSF 14 and NSF 61 as suitable for potable water and conform to the UPC requirements.
