Sanding arm snakes up to 270° around pipe radius, minimizing positioning effort needed to achieve full 360° finish. No tools are needed for replacement of sanding belt, and spring resistance between 2 deflection rollers ensures sanding arm and belt are always uniformly tensioned.

THE LRP 1503 BOA PIPE SANDER FROM CS UNITEC IS THE ALL-AROUND POLISHING SOLUTION FOR PIPE CONSTRUCTIONS AND HAND RAILS
The LRP 1503 VRA Boa Pipe Sander from CS Unitec is an all-around polishing solution for hand rails, pipe and tubing. It has an 11 amp motor, variable-speed control of 12 - 40 ft./sec. and is lightweight. The sanding arm snakes up to 270° around the radius of the pipe. The operator simply rotates the Boa slightly to achieve a full 360° finish. This high-quality sanding arm is made of light alloy with two deflection rollers for quick progress, perfect finish and simple operation. An additional side handle can be rotated 180° in narrow spaces such as handrails that are fixed close to walls.
Replacement of the sanding belt is quick and easy. No tools are necessary. Spring resistance between the deflection rollers ensures that the sanding arm and belt are always uniformly tensioned. The Boa saves time finishing stainless steel and other ferrous and nonferrous pipe. It is also ideal for cleaning the pipe surface in preparation for welding.
The Boa is also available as a 1 HP pneumatic model with 20 CFM air consumption at 90 PSI. Both pneumatic and electric models come with a carrying case and a variety of sanding belts. Additional belts are available in two sizes; 1.5" wide for sanding straight sections or a narrow 3/4" wide belt to reach in elbows and corners. Sanding belts come in grits of 80 to 220. Non-woven nylon sanding fleece is also available for polishing.
