Designed for machining high alloyed pipe, MILLHOG® Cutter Blades are made from T-15 tool steel and feature radical chip breaker which gets under material being machined and directs heat away from pipe. Blades also have Hard Lube coating, which adds lubricity and extends service life. Available with any angle of prep from 37 ½–10° and compound bevels, blades are suitable for torched-off heavy-wall pipe made of P-91, Super Duplex stainless steel, and other hard materials.

A line of cutter blades for machining highly alloyed pipe that feature a proprietary chip breaker design and a Hard Lube coating for high perform-ance and longer life is being introduced by ESCO Tool of Holliston, MA.
Esco MILLHOG® Cutter Blades for their line of welding end prep tools are made from T-15 tool steel and feature a radical chip breaker which gets under the material being machined and directs heat away from the pipe. Producing a thick chip without cutting oils, the blades are offered with a Hard Lube coating which adds lubricity and extends blade service life.
Ideal for torched-off heavy-wall pipe made of P-91, Super Duplex stainless steel, and other hard materials, Esco MILLHOG® Cutter Blades with the Hard Lube coating mount securely in the tools using the EscoLockTM wedge-style rigid blade lock system. They are available with any angle of prep from 37-1/2° to 10° and compound bevels.
