August 16, 2007 - Constructed to keep in line with US FDA recommendations, soft and firm di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP)-free catheters are engineered specifically to improve patient outcomes following thoracic drainage intervention. Extrusion design promotes patient comfort and surgical placement while providing favorable atraumatic insertion technique. Other features include depth markings for accurate placement; tapered oval drainage eyes; and gentle, spiral hole configuration.

Atrium Medical Announces its PVC Catheters are DEHP-Free


HUDSON, N.H., Aug. 6 -- Atrium Medical Corporation is pleased to announce that our soft and firm PVC Catheters are DEHP-Free.
