Unaffected by most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases, Interstate PTFE gaskets, seals, washers, and related parts can be made from virgin or filled PTFE, PFA, TFM, and expanded PTFE with glass fiber, carbon, or graphite. Chemically inert products, featuring one-piece construction, operate from -400 to +500°F, are naturally slippery, and can be die-cut to specification in sizes from 0.250-60 in. dia x 0.003-0.250 in. thick. Parts can also conform to FDA, AMS, and military specifications.

PTFE Gaskets Die-Cut to Specification
Custom die-cut PTFE gaskets, seals, washers, and related parts requiring chemical-, corrosion-, moisture- and wide temperature-resistance are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, Massachusetts.
Interstate PTFE Gaskets can be made from virgin or filled PTFE, PFA, TFM, and expanded PTFE with glass fiber, carbon, or graphite to achieve specific lubricity, wear, and temperature performance characteristics. Die-cut to specification in a wide range of sizes, they feature seamless one-piece construction, are chemically inert, and naturally slippery.
Unaffected by most corrosive liquids, vapors, and gases, Interstate PTFE Gaskets can operate from -400°F to 500°F. Die-Cut to precise customer specifications, parts can range from 0.250" up to 60" dia. by 0.003" to 0.250" thick and can conform to FDA, AMS, and Military specifications.
