PPM Trace Oxygen Analyzer is ATEX certified and portable.July 9, 2014 -
Used to quantify PPM oxygen contamination, GPR-1200 combines electrochemical PPM oxygen sensor, electronics, and sample system in rugged metal enclosure. ATEX-certified, intrinsically safe and general-purpose configurations are available, both of which include customization options to suit unique applications. Requiring no maintenance, sensor tracks oxygen levels from air (20.9%) to <100 ppb, has 7 sec response time, and is unaffected by changes in flow, moisture, or vibration.

An advanced electrochemical PPM oxygen sensor combined with proven state of the art electronics and a unique sample system in a rugged metal enclosure enables the GPR-1200 Portable PPM Oxygen Analyzer to quantify PPM oxygen contamination in industrial gases & cylinders; product transport & storage (marine, rail, truck, pipeline); petrochemical processes; beverage grade CO2 while increasing productivity.
The GPR-1200 is available in ATEX certified intrinsically safe and general purpose configurations, both of which include options to customize the analyzer for unique applications.
The sensor requires no maintenance and tracks oxygen levels from air (20.9%) to below 100 PPB in addition to:
Superior stability and sensitivity at PPM oxygen levels
Specific to oxygen assuring accuracy and linearity
Fast 7 second response time
Unaffected by changes in flow, moisture or vibration
Single point field calibration with air or span gas
Easy to replace after extended 24 month service life
Compensating for temperature changes assure the reliability and accuracy of oxygen readings.
Productivity and ROI are significantly increased by an integral sample/isolation valve that maintains the atmosphere surrounding the sensor at PPM oxygen levels when not in use or switching between sample points, thereby reducing the recovery time (downtime) to seconds.
