Intended for MIG welding robots, Sentry Series BRG-2ES and BRG-2-Sensor use one air line connection and 24 Vdc and come with built-in wire cutter, anti-spatter spray system, TCP center point, air filter/regulator/lubricator, reamer blade, power connection plug, and wire trimming catch pan. Functions of BRG-2-ES are initiated by robot controller, and reaming function of BRG-2-Sensor system is controlled remotely. Design minimizes liquid use and loss and eliminates overspray cleanup.

Two new additions to the “Sentry” Series of nozzle cleaning stations for Mig welding robots have been announced by Arndt Enterprise Ltd. The systems are the BRG-2ES and the BRG-2-Sensor.
Both systems, built by TBI-Industries Gmbh, are supplied with: built in wire cutter, fully enclosed anti-spatter spray system, TCP center point, Air filter - regulator - lubricator, reamer blade, power connection plug and wire trimming catch pan. An optional floor stand is available.
Both systems are remarkably simple to program, use a single air line connection and 24 vdc. power. Functions of the BRG-2-ES are initiated by robot controller. The BRG-2-Sensor system differs in that only the reaming function is controlled remotely. The wire trim and anti-spatter spray are initiated by sensed torch movement thus requiring fewer programmed points. With the fully enclosed anti-spatter spray system less liquid is used, liquid loss and messy cleanup due to overspray is eliminated.
