Utilizing combination of compressors, filtration, and membrane separation technologies, self-contained NitroFlowLab produces 99% pure nitrogen with pressures up to 116 psig. High and low pressure compressors, matched to hollow fiber membranes, separate clean air into concentrated nitrogen stream and oxygen enriched permeate stream. Applications include nebulizer gases, source gases, chemical and solvent evaporation, instrument purge and supply, and sparging.

Parker Hannifin Corporation, the global leader in motion and control technologies, has introduced the Parker Balston NitroFlowLab self contained membrane nitrogen generator that will produce 99% pure nitrogen with pressures up to 116 psig. The system produces nitrogen by utilizing a combination of compressors, filtration, and membrane separation technologies. High and low pressure compressors, carefully matched to hollow fiber membranes, subsequently separate the clean air into a concentrated nitrogen stream and oxygen enriched permeate stream. The oxygen stream is vented from the system.
The combination of these technologies produces a continuous on-demand supply of pure nitrogen. Typical applications include: nebulizer gases, curtain gases, source gases, chemical and solvent evaporation, instrument purge and supply, evaporative light scattering detector use and sparging.
