December 26, 2008 - Able to fit ¾-ton ISO standard size full height gas spring envelope, 1-ton Ultra Force Extended(TM) UX.1000 has 50 mm dia body and is available with 25-200 mm stroke lengths. Linking capability is provided through G1/8 port, and various welded and attachable mount options are available. UltraPak® cartridge technology, included, is comprised of bearing and seal used to extend gas spring life and provide excellent wear characteristics.

New Ultra Force Extended Gas Spring From Dadco


DADCO's new UX.1000 nitrogen gas spring is the latest addition to DADCO's Ultra Force Extended(TM) Series. The 1-ton UX.1000 fits the standard ¾-ton ISO Standard size full height gas spring envelope with 25% more force on contact. It has a 50 mm diameter body and is available with stroke lengths from 25 - 200 mm. The UX.1000 has linking capability through its G1/8 port and is offered with a variety of welded and attachable mount options.

Other Ultra Force Extended(TM) models, which fit the comparable standard full height gas spring envelope and provide 25-55% more force on contact, include the UX.2600 (2.6 ton), UX.4600 (4.7 ton), UX.6600 (7.4 ton) and UX.9600 (10.7 ton). The Ultra Force Extended(TM) Series incorporates DADCO's UltraPak® cartridge technology comprised of a superior bearing and seal to extend gas spring life and provide excellent wear characteristics.
