Available as add-on monitoring system, InstaTrak™ provides process traceability of PCB assemblies cleaned in in-line aqueous cleaning system from beginning to end. System has ability to barcode scan PCB assembly and associate all in-line process parameters to that board, including conveyor speeds, tank temperatures, and spray bar pressures. With traceability complying with ISO and FDA standards, InstaTrak™ will track and store data using Microsoft SQL Database.

NASHVILLE — Kyzen, a world leading provider of environmentally responsible precision cleaning products for electronics and high-technology manufacturing operations, will debut its new InstaTrak™ monitoring system in Booth #1401 at the upcoming IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place February 19-21, 2013 at the San Diego Convention Center in California.
InstaTrak™ is an add-on monitoring system that captures the process data of an in-line aqueous cleaning system. The system provides process traceability of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies cleaned in an in-line cleaning system from beginning to end. InstaTrak™ has the ability to barcode scan a PCB assembly and associate all of the in-line process parameters to that board. Process parameters include conveyor speeds, tank temperatures and spray bar pressures. When used in conjunction with Kyzen’s PCS, it will provide data for chemical concentration and wash pump run hours (bath life).
The system provides traceability to comply with ISO and FDA standards. InstaTrak™ will track and store your data using a Microsoft SQL Database. The database is designed to be accessed by a third-party software company to integrate with a complete SMT process line.
