Self-Contained Waste Handling Units

Waste handling turnkey specialist, Industrial Conveying (Aust) Pty Ltd, has developed a modular waste handling system based on containerised footprints for easy shipping and installation.

Suitable for both rural and urban plants, this system is developed based upon the throughput of the end user and can function as a stand-alone piece of equipment when required.

Its applications include manufacturing and process industries, council recycling and waste handling, agricultural processes, mills or anywhere where any type of product is destined for reclamation.

Because it is able to be supplied as a turnkey system, Industrial Conveying (ICA) engineers can design as well as build the equipment and oversee its installation and proper commissioning.

The system is able to take mixed products on the back of a truck and split it into required product streams, such as paper, glass, plastic, aluminum and steel using different screening procedures.

Generally, this type of ICA turnkey recycling system is able to provide solutions that handle throughput ranging anywhere from one to 30 tonne per hour.
