Trane Launches New Variable Refrigerant TVR(TM) Air Conditioning System
- Cost savings and operational improvements across the spectrum -
Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Designers, installers and owners can now look forward to efficient selection of equipment, easier installation and better energy management and temperature control following the launch of Trane's new TVRTM (Trane Variable Refrigerant) air-conditioning system.
The new system is ideal for most medium-sized hotel, hospital, school, office and luxury villa and apartment owners or managers who are seeking a quality outcome. The centralized nature of the cooling system is a great space saver and the ability to have adjacent rooms at different temperatures or even switched off is ideal for personalized comfort and energy savings. The modular design also allows for a phased approach to installation; for example, if floors of an apartment block are to be leased or occupied at different times, the installation schedule may be tailored to accommodate. The easy-to-handle modules also make the systems equally suitable for both new construction and retrofit projects.
TVRTM systems utilize digital scroll compressors with wide capacity modulation which enables the system to deliver precise temperature control. This also means that the entire installation is able to closely match the total load of the building at any given time. The system capability ensures that only the required amount of cooling is delivered to the occupied rooms and nowhere else which results in reduced energy consumption and runhours.
