Now featuring 3 new pot sizes from 250 up to 2,700 lbs. of lead. All melting furnaces are available with digital controls and high limit safety. The metals commonly melted are pewter, babbitt, tin, solder, bismuth, lead, zinc, and many die casting alloys. Buzzer soft metal melting furnaces can be used for up to 1,000 degrees F. Furnaces include a cast iron pot for melting metal.
No. 250 Melter: Pot is 12 3/4" diameter x 6 1/2" deep. Holds 250 lbs. of lead or 150 lbs. of zinc. Maximum operating temperature 1,000 degrees F. No. 1,000 Melter: Pot is 18 1/2" diameter x 14 1/2" deep. Holds 1,000 lbs. of lead or 600 lbs. of zinc. Maximum operating temperature 1,000 degrees F. No. 2,700 Melter: Pot is 26 3/4" diameter x 16 1/4" deep. Holds 2,700 lbs. of lead or 1,650 lbs. of zinc. Maximum operating temperature 1,000 degrees F.
