High Performance Cut 'N Cool - An Improved Product from B'laster Corporation

Valley View, OH - The B'laster Corporation is excited to announce an improvement to their industrial product line. The former B'laster product Extends Tool Life has been re-formulated and changed to Cut 'N Cool (CNC), an extreme duty cutting oil.

"B'laster Corporation chemists spend hours studying formulations which will improve performance and safety of our products," said Bill Matthews, President B'laster Corporation. "It was during some experimenting that it became obvious one of our existing products - Extends Tool Life - could benefit from a superior formulation. The changes we made to the original formula created such an improvement in the product's performance it was decided to introduce an entirely new product to the market," added Matthews.

Cut 'N Cool is a light colored cutting oil containing sulfur, chlorine, wetting and anti-weld agents. Formulated to perform in the most demanding metal removal applications, Cut "N Cool is particularly well suited for stainless steels and other hard alloys. The new product will save the user money by effectively extending the life of their tooling, increasing quality and reducing rejects. Cut 'N Cool's petroleum base will also help to prevent rust on machinery, tooling and materials.

The new formula is extremely safe. It has a higher flash point and meets even the most stringent environmental regulations. And all of this in a recyclable aerosol package that provides the perfect form of application for hundreds of cutting applications.

Recommended for carbon steels, cast iron, aluminum, stainless steel, aircraft steel, and all other metals. It is excellent for grinding on tool steels and carbide.

The B'laster Corporation has a decades-long history of providing chemical solutions to tough maintenance problems. From a bolt that's too rusty to turn, to a trailer door that squeaks when it moves, B'laster has a product that can help.

For over 50 years, the family-owned company is still going strong, continually improving and introducing new products to the market. The B'laster Corporation is located at 8500 Sweet Valley Drive, Valley View, OH. For more information on the company, call (800) 858-6605.
