Tie-Down Strap and New Memory DIMMs for pSeries and IntelliStation Systems
Overview
To better secure the pSeries® 615 Model 6E3 server and the IntelliStation® POWER(TM) 9114 Model 275 workstation, a tie-down strap (#8227) can be used to connect the system unit to a more secure item, such as a desk or wall.
New memory DIMMs are available on p615 Models 6E3 and 6C3, p630 Models 6E4 and 6C4, p650 Model 6M2, and IntelliStation POWER 275.
The new memory DIMMs are 4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) DIMMs and are available in standard configurations and Express Configurations.

Description
Tie-down strap (#8227): The tie-down strap is used as an aid in securing the system unit by connecting the system unit via a cable to a more secure item such as a desk, wall fixture, and so on. This feature is available on the pSeries 615 Model 6E3 server and the IBM IntelliStation POWER 9114 Model 275 workstation.
4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) Memory DIMMs (#4490): New memory DIMMs are now available on the p630 Models 6E4 and 6C4 and the p650 Model 6M2. The new memory DIMMs are 4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) DIMMs and are available in standard configurations and in Express Configurations.
Feature number 4490 replaces feature number 4453 in standard configurations.
4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) Memory DIMMs (#4445): New memory DIMMs are now available on the p615 Models 6E3 and 6C3 and the IBM IntelliStation POWER 275. The new memory DIMMs are 4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) DIMMs and are available in standard configurations and in Express Configurations.
Feature number 4445 replaces feature number 4448 in standard configurations.
4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) Memory DIMMs (#8124) for p650 Model 6M2 Express Configurations: This memory feature code is equivalent to feature number 4490 and is used in Express Configurations only. Available on the p650 Model 6M2.
Feature number 8124 replaces feature number 8052 in the following Express Configurations: feature numbers 8039, 8048, 8049, 8053, 8054, 8055, 8057, 8058, 8059, 8117, 8118, and 8119. Feature number 8052 is available for ordering until September 22, 2004, at which time you may no longer order this feature directly from IBM.
4096 MB (4 x 1024 MB) Memory DIMMs (#8155): Available in Express Configurations for the p615 Models 6E3 and 6C3 and the IntelliStation Model 275. This memory feature is equivalent to feature number 4445 and is used in Express Configurations only.
Feature number 8155 replaces feature number 8158 in the following Express Configurations: feature numbers 8162, 8165, 8170, 8173, 8183, 8189, and 8192. Feature number 8155 is available for ordering until September 22, 2004, at which time you may no longer order this feature directly from IBM.
