New 200 Watt Medical and ITE Power Supplies in a Compact 3" X 5" Package

Hudson, MA - The new PM202 and PU202 Series' of AC/DC power supplies from Protek Power offer 200 watts of performance packed design and compliance to EN60601-1 medical safety standards or EN60950-1 ITE safety standards. They are ideal for a variety of applications, including patient vicinity medical devices, dental electronics, and laboratory equipment, as well as commercial process control, communications, and instrumentation applications.

The PM202 and PU202 Series' accept a 90-264VAC universal input. Single output models have voltages ranging from 12VDC to 48VDC. The compact and low profile, 3" x 5" x 1.5" footprint makes the PM202 and PU202 Series' an ideal choice for designs with critical space constraints. Units provide 150W of power in convection cooled environments and 200W with forced air cooling (user provided or optional PM202-C/PU202-C factory versions).

The Series boasts high efficiencies to 92%, leakage currents as low as 220µA at 264VAC, and 4000VAC input-output isolation voltage for the PM202 Series. Comprehensive protection circuitry, including overvoltage and short circuit protection, is inherent in the design. EMC Performance meets Level B standards and units have an MTBF of 300,000 hours at full load.

Units are economically priced, with the PU202 Series starting at $64.50 in OEM quantity, with delivery from stock to 12 weeks ARO. Full specifications are available on-line at www.protekpowerna.com or contact our Sales/Technical Group at sales@protekpowerna.com or (978) 567-9615
