Products are available from 0.030-1 in. thick with ±0.005 in. tolerance, in various colors, with or without adhesive backings. Offered in 4 grades of compressibility, determined by compression deflection, foams have open-cell, micro-cellular construction that breathes and contains no plasticizers or residual chemicals.

Custom die cut medical urethane foams to match OEM requirements for padding, sealing, energy absorption and other cushion-gasket applications are being introduced by Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, MA.
Interstate Custom Die Cut PORON® Medical Urethane Foams exhibit excellent compression-set resistance and are highly resilient, providing a cushioned gasket seal that will not break down over extended use. Available in four grades of compressibility, determined by compression deflection, precision die cut parts can be supplied 0.030" to 1" thick, with ±0.005" tolerance, in various colors, with or without adhesive backings.
Ideally suited for orthopedic and prosthetic applications, Interstate Custom Die Cut PORON® Medical Urethane Foams have an open-cell, micro-cellular construction that breathes, contains no plasticizers or residual chemicals to prevent contamination. Inherently flame retardant, they provide low-outgassing and non-fogging. Fungal resistant versions are offered.
