Fabrico Testing Capabilities Ensure Material Performance

Fabrico can test the following material properties:
o Part Dimension Verification - ACU-GAGE QC5000, 24 x 24 in computerized gantry video measuring system;
o Material Strength Testing - Instron 4411 Tensile tester, up to 100 lb/in;
o Material Weight Testing - ADAM PW54, 250 gram max, .00001 gram self-calibrating balance;
o Adhesive/Release Liner Testing - CHEMINSTRUMENT AR1000 Adhesion/Release tester 3 grams/in-5 lb/in;
o Static Shear Testing - CHEMINSTRUMENT 10 Bank Static Shear tester;
o Dielectric Strength Testing - HIPOTRONIC MODEL 750 AC Dielectric Test Unit 50 KVAC;
o Resistance and Voltage Testing - Calibrated Precision Fluke Benchtop Multimeter and Power Supply and Precision Digital Multimeter;
o Microscopic Imaging - MOTIC DM143 Digital Microscope with CCD Video output.
Fabrico's test and measurement equipment is calibrated annually per the ISO standard. The lab works to ISO 17025 standards.
