OneServer Version 2 Adds Archiving, Reporting, Monitoring, Security for Exchange 2003 and 2007
REDMOND, Wash., Oct. 23 -- Azaleos Corporation (www.azaleos.com), the leader in managed e-mail appliances for Microsoft Exchange, today announced availability of version 2.0 of its managed e-mail solution that enhances OneServer(TM) and BladeMail(TM) e-mail appliances by integrating e-mail archiving, reporting, monitoring, and new security functionality into its highly available managed e-mail appliances. OneStop Managed Services(TM) have been extended to support the majority of IT requirements to cost-effectively enable highly available corporate e-mail infrastructure based on Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007. Working together, OneServer(TM), BladeMail(TM) and OneStop Managed Services can deliver IT organizations up to 99.999% availability of their e-mail infrastructure, while keeping IT in complete control of their e-mail assets.
Zumiez, a rapidly growing action sports retailer with 2500 employees and 228 stores, is already benefiting from version 2.0 features and is ready to migrate seamlessly to Microsoft Exchange 2007 when it is available.

The new software modules include:
-- ArchiveXchange, a complete solution for archiving e-mail for storage management, improves Exchange performance, reduces Exchange backup and recovery times, and eliminates much of the need for Exchange-based quota management. ArchiveXchange addresses the IT need to contain the rapid growth of e-mail by removing e-mail from the Exchange server and by indexing and storing that content into searchable folders for later search and retrieval by users accessing their mail with Outlook, Web Browsers, or mobile devices. ArchiveXchange also eliminates the need for IT to purchase costly archiving tools or services and to learn new skills for archiving Exchange content.
-- ViewXchange, a visualization and reporting system for Exchange, which coupled with an enhanced version of the Azaleos real time monitoring system, delivers e-mail appliance health and hygiene information to Azaleos Network Operations Centers, where Azaleos personnel troubleshoot and fix issues with Microsoft Exchange in near real time 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. ViewXchange reporting provides IT departments with formatted reports that cover Exchange health monitoring, e-mail traffic analysis both for e-mail directed inside the company as well as sent to other companies, message hygiene including SPAM and Virus activity, archiving and mobility statistics.
-- SecureXchange, a remote command and control system that enables logged, auditable, repeatable, scripted remote command execution helping Azaleos staff to troubleshoot and fix issues in the Exchange environment --- without requiring companies to provide an insecure Virtual Private Network connection commonly used by non-Azaleos managed service providers.
