New ANDEROL® Chain Oil XL Delivers Longer Life and Exceptional Cleanliness

East Hanover, NJ (August 4, 2005) - Anderol Inc. introduces the new ANDEROL® Chain Oil XL, formulated with specialized polyol esters that possess a natural high detergency and clean high-temperature characteristics. Chain Oil XL prevents carbon deposit formation, maximizes cleanliness, and significantly reduces varnish and sludge. As a result, operations will realize lower power consumption and extended service intervals.

Maintenance personnel operating chain-driven production lines in high-temperature environments can minimize unscheduled downtime and prolong component life with this new lubricant. Optimally formulated, ANDEROL Chain Oil XL exhibits excellent lubricity and load carrying characteristics to increase the performance of chain sprockets, pins, bushings, plates, rollers, and link plates. Incorporating the new synthetic chain oil into a maintenance strategy will help high-throughput companies meet demanding production schedules and business goals.

"Improperly lubricated chain-drives stretch or kink up due to excessive wear and corrosion leading to extended periods of downtime," says Wayne Sawyer, brands manager, ANDEROL Inc. "We formulated the new ANDEROL Chain Oil XL to address the production obstacles associated with improper lubrication and protect chain components in high-temperature environments."

ANDEROL Chain Oil XL has a flash point of 315ºC (600ºF), is available in ISO Viscosity Grades 150 and 220, and is compatible with mineral oil and ester-based products.
