U.S. Tsubaki Introduces New Xceeder(TM) Chain

Revolutionary Innovation in Lube-free Chain

Wheeling, IL, November, 2001 - U.S. Tsubaki, the company that raised the level of lube-free chain performance with its industry leading LAMBDA Chain, has developed new technology that sets the bar even higher. Revolutionary new Xceeder Chain from U.S. Tsubaki lasts up to ten times longer than other lube-free chains for even lower maintenance costs and increased productivity.

Xceeder Chain is a quantum leap for power transmission technology. Unique oil- impregnated felt seals (patent pending) keep dirt out and lubrication in for dramatically increased wear life. Special oil-impregnated bushings provide even longer maintenance-free operation.

Xceeder Drive, Conveyor, and Attachment Chains are available in sizes 40 to 100. Xceeder Chain is interchangeable with ANSI standard chain and works with standard sprockets - no special setup or costly system reconfiguration is required. It handles the same maximum allowable loads as ANSI standard chain, and actually exceeds ANSI minimum tensile strength requirements.

U.S. Tsubaki is one of the country's only manufacturers of a complete line of drive chains, attachment chains, engineering class chains, sprockets, and power transmission components. The company is a subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co. of Japan, the world's leading chain and power transnission component manufacturer.
