Water-based and solvent-free, BonderiteŽ Ridoline RT-153(TM) is compatible with phosphate and phosphate-free conversion coating technologies. It can be sprayed onto aluminum, hot-dip galvanized steel, or electrogalvanized steel surfaces at room temperature, conserving energy. While formulated for use with phosphate-free nanotechnologies, cleaner can also be used on zinc, iron, and magnesium phosphate metal pre-treatment processes. Alkaline cleaner runs at temperatures up to 140°F.

Energy Saving Cleaner Handles Multi-Metal Substrates
Rocky Hill, Conn. - July 14, 2008... Henkel Corporation (http://www.henkelna.com) has introduced an energy saving, low-temperature cleaner, Bonderite(R) Ridoline RT-153(TM), designed to be compatible with both phosphate and phosphate-free conversion coating technologies. Formulated for use with phosphate-free nanotechnologies such as Bonderite(R) NT-1(TM) and Bonderite(R) TecTalis(TM), the new cleaner can also be used on zinc, iron and magnesium phosphate metal pre-treatment processes.
Water-based and solvent-free, Bonderite(R) Ridoline RT-153(TM) is sprayed onto aluminum, hot-dip galvanized steel or electrogalvanized steel surfaces at room temperature, reducing energy requirements during the pre-treatment process. This strongly alkaline cleaner is robust enough to run at temperatures up to 140 degrees F if required for cleaning heavily soiled metals.
Suitable for use on all metal substrates, Bonderite(R) Ridoline RT-153(TM) is available in pails, drums, returnable totes, non-returnable totes and bulk tankers. This product can be easily incorporated into existing manufacturing processes and is compatible with all commonly-used powder and wet paint systems.
