Overview
The ThinkPad® X30 Series 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery is a powerful rechargeable battery similar to the one shipped with your X30 Series system. The battery contains six cells, which produce an output of 10.8 V dc (nominal) and 4.8Ah. It can be recharged in approximately three to six hours2, depending on the ThinkPad system usage.
A spare system battery can be easily swapped to provide additional unplugged power. The ThinkPad X30 Series 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery can also be used with the optional ThinkPad X3 UltraBase as a second battery, which effectively doubles your unplugged operation.
