Lacquer Burn-In Knife Repairs Damaged Wood Furniture
A lightweight, electric lacquer burn-in knife that features a spatula tip and a selection of lacquer sticks for repairing different shades of wood is available from Hot Tools of Marblehead, Massachusetts.
The Hot Tools LK-1 Lacquer Burn-In Knife is a lightweight electric tool that heats up to 300°F in under two minutes and features an 11/16" W spatula tip for melting and smoothing a lacquer stick into gouges and cracks in wood.
