MVC Announces SureLabel®-ONE for "Show and Go" Label Inspection
Machine Vision Consulting, Inc., is pleased to announce our newest label verification product, SureLabel®-ONE. SureLabel®-ONE, provides a "show and go" label verification system that ensures that the expected labels, web labels, or boxes are being used on the packaging line.
SureLabel®-ONE is trained "on-the-fly" for each product run. SureLabel®-ONE has a simple, easy to use "show and go" operator interface, and provides the operator the ability to select the type and location of the identifier. The system can use any one of these identifiers:
· A single 2D barcode, OR
· A single linear barcode, OR
· One unique pattern - (e.g., a flavor pattern)
The simple "show and go" operator interface, and the operator's ability to select the type and location of the identifier, provides tremendous flexibility on the manufacturing line and enables a quick transition between product inspections.
The SureLabel®-ONE system consists of a single vision sensor, LED lighting Module, a discrete I/O module and a Cognex VisionView® Monitor. No personal computer is required. An optional handheld barcode scanner can also be used for identifier training.
