September 13, 2004 - Dual Operator Hydraulic Ironworker, Model 8514-20M features 14 in. throat depth and can punch 1 1/16 in. hole in 1 in. material. Two pumps insure full hydraulic pressure and speed to both operations. Machine includes 6 x 6 x ½ in. angle shear, rod shear for round and square rod up to 1½ in. capacity, and rectangular notcher that can notch 2 x 4 in. through ½ in. material. Flat bar shear can shear up to 1 x 16 in. material with minimal distortion.

Scotchman® Industries is pleased to announce the addition of the new Dual Operator 85-Ton Hydraulic Ironworker to their Metal Fabricating Solutions. This European designed, but
American-made, ironworker with five built-in stations offers the versatile, flexible and dependable features that Scotchman is known for. The 8514-20M has an 85-ton capacity punch and a 14ā€¯ throat depth, which can punch a 1-1/16ā€¯ hole in 1ā€¯ material. This dual operator machine has a hydraulic system designed with two pumps to insure full hydraulic pressure and speed to both operations, as well as two valves, two stroke controls and two remote foot pedals. The DO 8514-20M is made in America with many standard features that include: 6ā€¯ x 6ā€¯ x 1/2ā€¯ angle shear, a rod shear that will shear both round and square rod up to 1-1/2ā€¯ capacity, rectangular notcher, that can notch 2ā€¯ x 4ā€¯ through 1/2" material, and the notcher station can also be converted to a 6ā€¯ open end brake or an additional punch station. The 20ā€¯ flat bar shear features a low rake angle and has the ability to shear up to 1ā€¯ x 16ā€¯ material with minimal distortion. This machine also has the ability to accept optional equipment such as press brakes, tube shears, picket tools, as well as, special tooling.
