Product mounts over conveyor to inspect for presence, integrity, color, and position of tamper-evident band. Able to handle multiple product types and inspect up to 1,000 units/min, system provides information security with multiple login levels and permissions for operators and administrators. It also provides event logging and can export track and run statistics.

Machine Vision Consulting, Inc. (MVC) is pleased to announce its newest product, TamperProof©. Based on our SureLabel® technology, TamperProof ensures the integrity of tamper-evident enclosures. The TamperProof product inspects for the presence, integrity, color and position of a tamper-evident band. It handles multiple product types and can inspect up to 1000 units per minute.
Tamper-evident plastic closures are used on many nutrition, beverage, and food containers. Tamper-evident closures provide a security measure to the manufacturer and a guarantee to the consumer that the container has not been opened and the contents have not been compromised.
MVC's TamperProof solution provides information security with multiple login levels and permissions for operators and administrators. It also provides event logging and the ability to export track and run statistics.
The TamperProof© system mounts over the conveyor and can inspect plastic product closures at a rate of up to 1000 closures per minute. Multiple cameras are positioned around the closure, providing 360 degree inspection. An inspection recipe management system is included and an optional height adjustment system is available, making product line changeover fast and easy.
