(Special Purpose Infrared LED Illuminator)

SHOT Show 2012, Laser Devices, Inc. is pleased to announce the NEW SPIR, Special Purpose Infrared LED Illuminator. The SPIR is equipped with an Eye-Safe, Class-1 Infrared LED Illuminator. Designed for use with Night Vision Devices, the SPIR can be handheld, or mounted to any MIL-STD-1913 rail using the self-adjusting, Quick Release HT Mount.

The SPIR is powered by either two 3-volt CR123A lithium or two AA batteries (model dependent), housed in a rugged snap-release endcap for quick and easy battery changes.
