Air-operated VAC-U-MAX 55MW is steel constructed vacuum system suitable for cleaning liquids with metal chips or shavings in metalworking industry. Solid particles are separated from collected liquid with VAC-U-MAX Chip Basket and Liner. Dual swivel casters and compact size of 26 in. wide allows vacuum to position close to machine tools and sumps while keeping hoses as short as possible. System is available as pump-out cart for users who own 55 gal drum-top vacuums.

VAC-U-MAX has introduced a NEW Industrial Vacuum Cleaner for the Metalworking Industry. The NEW 55MW is a complete system for cleaning 100% liquids or liquids with solid particles such as metal chips or shavings. Operators can quickly empty machine tool sumps, machining beds, oil/water separators, parts washers, rinse tanks and clean up liquid spills. Solid particles are separated from collected liquid with the VAC-U-MAX Chip Basket and Liner. This Industrial Vacuum Cleaner will clean up at rates of 1-2 gallons per second (60-120 GPM). With the turn of a lever the 55MW Industrial Vacuum Cleaner will pump out the liquid contents of the drum through the discharge hose to a central filtration system for coolant/oils or approved floor drain.

Clean Operation: Smoothbore hoses prevent accumulation of liquids and chips. Slotted holes in the cart base to prevent pooling of fluids...dispensing nozzle on the pump-out hose puts you in control of where and when the fluid comes out!
Plug-and-Play: Includes a VAC-U-MAX Air Operated Industrial Vacuum Cleaner and chip basket and you're collecting and separating liquids/solids in minutes.
