Introducing "Mite-R-Gage" (protractor) to the Industrial Segment
Introducing "Mite-R-Gage" (protractor) to the industrial segment.
The "Mite-R-Gage" protractor consists of two 10" arms that can rotate 360 degrees relative to each other. A 3 ½" diameter circular scale is recessed into the bottom arm and two angle indicator pointer lines are located on the top arm. The markings are paint filled.
The outer scale consists of 360 one degree marks punctuated by 5 and 10 degree marks.
The angle between the legs of the "Mite-R-Gage" can be read on the outer scale. To maximize ease of use and versatility - "Mite-R-Gage" has two scales.
Inside or outside angles can be measured and read quickly and accurately.
The protractor is accurate to 0.25 degrees.
The angle between any two surfaces can be read from the outside scale. The inner scale indicates the half-angle value of the angle indicated on the outside scale.
A second pointer on the upper arm/leg of the protractor indicates the "complement" of the half-angle and the "supplement of the measured angle.
