Han-Compact® High Profile
The Han-Compact® series from HARTING has been extended by the introduction of two robust metal hoods. Both hoods, top or side-entry with M25 cable entry, feature a high construction profile.
With the increased construction size the additional wiring space enables easy handling while terminating the inserts of the Han® Q series Han® Q 8/0, Han® Q 17 and Han® Q 4/2. Visible verification of the cabling is possible due to the separate removable cover. When the cover is fitted, IP 65 protection is reached, providing security in harsh industrial environments. An additional integrated PE terminal in the hood achieves protection to class 1 against electric shock if a fault condition is present.
