New QA24 In-Line Sifter Introduced

Great Western Manufacturing will be introducing their new QA24 In-Line sifter at the 2006 Powder Show. This machine was developed for small to moderate production volumes and to provide an economical quality assurance and HACCP solution for food, pharmaceutical and chemical operations.

The new QA24 has a compact, space saving design while featuring the same reliable Tru-Balance drive and pneumatic sieve compression system as Great Western's larger In-Line machines. The unit can be easily dismantled for inspection, maintenance or cleaning by one person. The QA24 is available with two to five sieves with a net screen area from 4 to 10 ft2. Typical capacities are from 25 to 300 lbs/min on wheat flour. The QA24 has been awarded Third Party Verification of conformance to BISSC standards for the design and construction of equipment used in the baking industry.

Like Great Western's larger In-Line models, the QA24 is designed to be directly inserted into a vacuum or dilute phase pressure pneumatic conveying system, thus eliminating the need for additional equipment. Visit Great Western at Booth #2832 and to see the new QA24.

Great Western Manufacturing is a leading designer and manufacturer of custom sifters since 1858.
