Suitable for production line and inspection applications, Alliance/Rice Lake MotoWeigh Case Weigher provides resolution of 0.0001 g and speeds to 600 units/min. Conveyorized system prompts operator through all functions and provides real-time representation of inventory for every unit weighed. Equipped with direct food contact belting with Delrin® rollers and drive blocks, unit comes in NTEP and non-NTEP certified packages in stainless steel and aluminum for food and non-food grade applications.

A new, easy-to-operate, dynamic in-line case weighing system that can be integrated into a wide range of production line and inspection applications is being introduced by Alliance Scale, Inc. of Canton, Massachusetts.
The Alliance/Rice Lake MotoWeigh Case Weigher is a conveyorized system that accommodates capacities up to 200 lbs. and provides resolution as precise as 0.0001 gram and speeds up to 600 units-per-minute, depending upon model. Suitable for a wide range of production line and inspection applications, this in-line case weigher prompts the operator through all functions and provides a real-time representation of inventory for every unit weighed.
Available in a variety of configurations, the Alliance/Rice Lake MotoWeigh Case Weigher can be supplied in NTEP and non-NTEP certified packages in stainless steel and aluminum for food and non-food grade applications. Standard features include a backlit LCD display, direct food contact belting with Delrin® rollers and drive blocks, and a single speed 110 VAC single phase conveyor drive system or three-phase motors.
