Available in manual or automatic reset models, CAP Series provide temperature control for commercial and consumer heating applications. They are offered with various preset temperature ranges, ceramic bodies, temperature ranges of 32 to 752°F, and differentials from 2.7°F ±1.8°F to 16.2°F ±7.2°F. Compliant with UL, C-UL, VDE, EC, and RoHS standards, products are available with various knobs, dials, or set screws for determining temperature set point.

RENO, NV - Selco Products Company's hot capillary thermostats are designed to provide the ideal temperature control solution for a wide variety of commercial and consumer heating applications. Available in manual or automatic reset models, Selco's hot capillary thermostats are UL, C-UL, VDE, EC and RoHS compliant, and are available in a wide selection of preset temperature ranges and differentials.
Selco's CAP Series of Hot capillary thermostats are compact, constructed of ceramic bodies, and feature temperature ranges of 32°F - 752°F (0°C - 400°C), and differentials ranging from 2.7°F ±1.8°F (1.5°C ±1°C) to 16.2°F ±7.2°F (9°C ±4°C). The liquid within the thermostat bulb expands as the temperature rises, transmitting pressure through the capillary tube to an expandable diaphragm. When the thermostat set point is reached, an electrical switch is activated, shutting off the thermal current.
Ideal for cooking ovens, deep fat fryers, toasters, heaters, coffee brewers, water heaters and spas, the hot bulb and capillary thermostats are available with a variety of knobs, dials or set screws for determining the temperature set point. Mounting options include vertical or flat terminals, NPT fittings, screw terminals and gold contacts.
