July 9, 2008 - Utilizing negative/positive pressure, Flexaust Flex-LokŪ ET High Temperature Hose is designed for -65 to 1,050°F continuous service and excursions to 1,250°F. Available with 6:1 and 8:1 compression ratios, it comes in sizes ranging from 3-12 in. I.D. in standard 25 ft lengths. Hose features single-ply aluminum coated fiberglass ceramic fabric construction with coated steel wire that is mechanically crimped in continuous process and which acts as wearstrip for external abrasion resistance.

High Temperature Hose for Fume Control and Exhaust Systems


A new asbestos-free, fabric reinforced hose for high temperature fume control and exhaust removal applications, using negative or positive pressure, has been introduced by Flexaust of Warsaw, Indiana.

Flexaust Flex-LokŪ ET High Temperature Hose features single-ply aluminum coated fiberglass ceramic fabric construction with a coated steel wire that is mechanically crimped in a continuous process. Suitable for negative and positive pressure fume control and exhaust applications, this durable hose is designed for -65°F to 1050°F continuous service and excursions to 1250°F.

Highly flexible and compressible, Flexaust Flex-LokŪ ET High Temperature Hose is available with 6:1 and 8:1 compression ratios and comes in sizes from 3" to 12" I.D. in standard 25 ft. lengths. The steel wire acts as a wearstrip for external abrasion resistance. Applications include diesel generator exhaust systems and chemical-, extruder- and welding fume removal.

Flexaust Flex-LokŪ ET High Temperature Hose is priced from $33.00 per ft., depending upon size and quantity. Samples and price quotations are avail-able upon request.
