Designed for Lean lines, agile lines, flexible transfer lines, and standalone application deployment, JE30SL utilizes BT/BIG Plus 30 taper, 13,000 rpm spindle that accelerates from 0-13,000 rpm in 0.38 sec and performs rigid taps up to 8,000 rpm. Machine features 20 x 16 x 16 in. travels and 2,362 ipm rapid traverses with 1.5 g acceleration and deceleration. It comes with rotary pallet changer, 256 psi through spindle coolant, and TNK rolling filter microfine chip conveyor.

NEW - JE30SL Horizontal Machining Center
SCHAUMBURG, IL, June 26, 2006 - Enshu will be exhibiting the new JE30SL Horizontal Machining Center at the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) 2006, September 6-13 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Everyone is invited to booth #8242 to see the JE30SL horizontal in action.
The new JE30SL features a BT/BIG Plus 30 taper spindle, 20" X x 16" Y x 16" Z travels and 2,362 IPM rapids with 1.5G acceleration and deceleration. The JE30SL comes standard with a high speed rotary pallet changer & two 15.7" pallets, 256 PSI through spindle coolant and a TNK high volume rolling filter microfine chip conveyor. The 13,000 RPM spindle accelerates from 0 to 13,000 RPM in just 0.38 seconds and rigid taps up to 8,000 RPM! While most 30 taper machines are designed only as drill-tap centers, the JE30SL is a true "Machining Center" designed for milling. With its milling capabilities, the JE30SL is a natural choice for medical applications and also performs well in the telecommunications industry because of its high rigid tapping speed.
The JE30SL takes advantage of Enshu's extensive component reliability database and meets our 5000 hour MTBF1 design criteria. The machine makes use of a common bed casting and was designed for deployment in Lean Lines, Agile Lines, Flexible Transfer Lines and Standalone applications.
