Wolf Robotics Introduces a New Robotic Welding Positioner

Wolf Robotics' Positioner Product Line now includes the K500/750 Model.

Fort Collins, CO: A new heavy duty 3-axis welding positioner configuration is now available from Wolf Robotics in load capacities of 500 and 750 kg per side. The positioner has a ferris wheel type of interchange between stations for operator loading and unloading while a robot is welding on the other side. The swing radius of the positioner is available in 100mm increments from 1200mm to 2000mm and the distance between HeadStock and TailStock can be from 2000mm to 4000mm in 250mm increments.

Designed for robotic welding applications, the positioners can achieve full coordinated motion when integrated into a robotic welding system using ABB or FANUC robots. A solid divider panel protects the operator from arc flash and a cable track system protects and prolongs the life of electrical cables and hoses.
