IntelliCheck(TM) is a complete web-based handheld PDA for taking product temperature readings, managing and deploying HACCP inspection programs for the Food Service Industry. IntelliCheck(TM) includes an integrated corrective action system, ensuring that operators fix problems as soon as they are detected.
IntelliCheck(TM) is designed to eliminate cumbersome form-based data collection. No more filling out checklists by hand and stuffing them into a filing cabinet. The IntelliCheck(TM) HACCP PDA system utilizes E Control Systems' IntelliProbe(TM) Bluetooth Wireless Temperature Probe, the only completely wireless temperature logging solution on the market. The IntelliProbe(TM) eliminates the need to worry about dangling wires into food or burning wires on the stove. The recently announced Software Development Kit (SDK) for the IntelliProbe(TM) allows OEM customers to easily customize the IntelliProbe(TM) for their own applications. The SDK utilizes Microsoft .NET Compact Framework and is immediately available.
